"I am so proud to have been crowned, Mrs. West Virginia US Continental 2017 and thus becoming part of a new Family!  When people who are unfamiliar with our program hear about Mrs. US Continental, generally they instantly think of a typical beauty pageant. We are so much more than that, with many layers of depth that many people never know or experience and much more going on behind the scenes year-round.

New to this pageant system, I was welcomed with open arms, hearts, and ears-I could not ask for better regional directors, they take time for you and your needs and are with you every step of the way.

My journey in pageantry has been lengthy, empowering, and ultimately rewarding and the US Continental Pageant Family have just added to my positive life experiences. I will be forever grateful for their compassion and for this incredible opportunity.

If you are looking for a new pageant family look no further! Join our US Continental family and allow the experience to change your life, like it has changed mine!

Sincerely

My journey began with this wonderful pageant system in 2009.  I can say that with all the pageants I have had the opportunity to experience over the years the US Continental Pageant is by far the best pageant system. I want to thank the Directors for being so helpful and understanding as we go through with our life experiences they go above and beyond to help make the pageant experience memorable. Winning the title in 2009 opened up so many doors I never thought possible and my dream came true having the opportunity to work with over 40 charities and organizations close to my heart not only in the US but also Internationally. Winning the title also allowed me to meet so many wonderful people and to use my non-smoking campaign to help others understand the dangers of tobacco use. Now in 2017, I am so excited to be part of the US Continental system again as I continue my journey in pageantry. I am honored and proud to represent my home State of New Mexico as I continue to help children and others make better choices for a healthier future. I thank God every day for his blessings and truly the Psalm 37:4 “Delight yourself also in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart” has been proven over and over in my life! Thank you again US Continental Pageant system!!

Dear US Continental Pageant,

As I began my journey with my Regional Directors John and Barbara Lugo I instantly encountered a feeling of joy and gratitude. I have not competed in many pageants however, I could completely tell that the US Continental Pageant was one of a kind!

There are many pageant systems that claim to walk with honesty and integrity however, I can attest that is not always the case. I am forever honored to not only have gotten to know John and Barbara, but also to get to represent such a wonderful pageant system as this one.

I can say without hesitation that the mission statement is lived out not only in words, but is lived out in life's everyday walk. Because of this I am able and willing to use my calling around the world to help inspire and motivate women young and old.

I would like to thank you for this incredible opportunity.

Your's sincerely

I am so incredibly proud to be a part of the US Continental family! My experience thus far has been a pure delight and has far exceeded my expectations!  I began my journey as Mrs. District of Columbia USC with excitement and a bit of trepidation, since I was fairly new to pageantry and definitely new to this particular pageant system. I was immediately impressed by the transparency and heart of the regional directors—John and Barbara Lugo and Stephanie Melani—and have continued to be met with professionalism at every turn. As a wife and mother, my involvement with the USC Pageant has further helped me exit my “comfort bubble” and face some of my greatest vulnerabilities. As an advocate/ambassador with Stop the Silence, I am always looking for greater avenues to raise national and global awareness surrounding Domestic Violence, Child Sexual Abuse and Sex Trafficking.  The USC Pageant has helped me do just that!!  My title has been a life-sized megaphone, allowing me an even louder voice than before! My passion to stop the silence and stigma of abuse has been given stronger wings. The USC Pageants mission statement focuses on integrity, moral values, inner beauty and empowerment of women.  This mirrors my life's mission statement exactly—which I why I chose this system! I am so thankful for this beautiful opportunity to showcase Faith, Hope, Love and Dreaming BIG…and I am so beyond excited to see where this journey takes me from here!

Dear US Continental National Pageant,
My journey with the U.S. Continental Pageant system began in September of 2015 when I was awarded the title of Mrs. Tampa Bay I was so excited. I began immediately planning on competing. The staff was so helpful. I could call or email at anytime with any questions.
Then life happened and I lost both of my parents in 4 months. The staff was very sympathetic and helped me thru this tragic time. I still competed in the Mrs. Florida Pageant because once I commit to something I see it thru. Everyone was genuinely nice and helpful. I did not win that year but took the critiques from the judges and ran with them.
I was awarded the title of Mrs. Hillsborough County in 2016 and again, began my journey. Again the staff was there for me all along the way. I was awarded the title of Mrs. Florida U.S. Continental at the end of May of this year. I am looking forward to working with this Pageant system and what lies ahead.

This pageant system is truly one of a kind. I have come to see it is a system that stands for empowering women, integrity and professionalism. The women I have come to know in my short reign as Ms. Louisiana US Continental are remarkable and are passionate about what they stand for. Through this experience I have gained lifelong friends and made so many memories. I am so honored to have been welcomed into this remarkable group.

Being Ms. Louisiana US Continental has given me the chance to focus on myself and to regain confidence that has been lost over the years. Being part of this system has revived my love for pageantry and competition. The experience and knowledge I have gained will carry over into other aspects of my life.

I am also able to use my title to share my passion about raising awareness for the Alzheimer's Association. This is a devastating disease that not only affects the person that is suffering from it but also those family members and friends that watch it slowly take away the person they love. I think back to the day my son was born or the day I got married and I can't imagine not having those memories. I will continue to fight for those affected until one day a cure is found.

The US Continental Pageant was a wonderful and life changing experience for me mentally and spiritually. Never did I imagine myself exploring this type of opportunity in my late 30's and I did not expect the impact it would have on the perception of how I see myself. I believe in everything that this pageant system embodies from empowering to inspiring women of all ages to be the best she can be. I am truly blessed and I thank God for allowing this powerful transformation to occur in my life. It has forever changed the perception of how I view myself as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and most importantly as a strong woman of God. Thank you US Continental for being the avenue that women need and I pray it will be a positive life changing experience to all women blessed to be apart of your program.

With Love,

Dear US Continental Pageant

Being apart of the U.S. Continental family has been one of the best experiences in my life. By participating in the State and National pageant, it has equipped me with life skills and new friendships I will always value. It also gave me the opportunity to meet like minded, goal oriented women from across the state and nation. Becoming Ms. Florida USC and Ms. US Continental provided me with a platform to advocate for my charities and help those in need. I am so grateful to be apart of this pageant system.

"What a whirlwind it's been! I was raised in Seattle, WA and was very active and involved in my community. As a current anesthesiology resident in Miami, FL for the past 3 years, working at one of the largest hospitals in the country, I felt like I was "stuck." I began losing sight of who I was and longed for something that would make me feel like a well rounded human being again. I loved competing in pageants and enjoyed every aspect of it in the past, from the friendly competition to the camaraderie in meeting your sister queens.

I feel blessed to have found the US Continental Pageant system, one that empowers women and recognizes the work of women like me in the modern society. Earning the title of Ms. Florida has opened so many doors for me, and has given me a major platform to use in alleviating the burdens of the homeless through my work with the Miami Rescue Mission. It has also helped me to fulfill my aspirations of becoming a mentor to young women striving for careers in medicine as well.

My life has truly changed for the better and this experience is the most rewarding of all. Pageantry has allowed me to stay grounded and a well rounded being. I have gained memories to last a lifetime and friendships that I will cherish forever. I cannot thank the US Continental system enough for the opportunity!"
